The content on this Site is provided for general information about our services and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical services, assessments, bloodwork and any prescribing are delivered only under a separate membership agreement and appropriate clinical governance - not through this Site.
Early-access waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you about Evaspan. It does not create a membership, guarantee a place, or commit you to any purchase. Membership terms, pricing and clinical scope are confirmed separately before you join. Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may change.
Acceptable use
- Use the Site lawfully and provide accurate information when you submit the form.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying services.
- Do not submit another person’s details without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Evaspan name, logo, content and design are owned by Evaspan Health Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, our clinician portal or social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
